KPG Glass delivered full exterior and interior commercial glazing for this multi-story project, featuring a structurally glazed Kawneer 1600 curtain wall system with champagne anodized aluminum and low-E insulated glass. Scope included custom ACM panel integration, balcony storefront systems, a four-story glass handrail, and a stick-built skylight. Interior work included frameless glass doors, interior curtain walls, and over 75 custom hardware sets for tenant-specific access.

All work—from structural prep to final sealants—was completed over a 3-month timeline, with a custom brass entry door being added to honor the building’s 1920s-era design.
